Cultivating a Courageous Heart: A Month of Guided Practice for Elul

Join us on this month-long journey as we nurture our inner voices in preparation for the new year, rediscovering our inner strength and courage during this sacred time. Each weekday from August 9–September 3, you will receive guided meditation and song practices via text to nurture your spiritual self and guide you through Elul.

Aligning Ourselves for the New Year

Join us as we prepare for the end of our year, and the beginning of a new one, through spiritual teachings and reflective writing on the year that has been and the one to come. Together we will study heart-opening texts from hasidic masters such as the Ba'al Shem Tov, the Maggid of Mezritch and the twentieth-century mystic Rabbi Abraham Isaac Kook.

The Sacred Art of Dressing the Holiday Table

Join us in creating beautiful and spiritually elevated holiday tables within our homes. From engaging in Jewish text study, delving into the power of flowers and mitzvot of beautification and creative workshops on tablespace design and floral artistry, this immersion will give you all the tools to enter in to the haggim as a temple keeper for your own home and holiday table.
