AJWS Prayer for the International AIDS Conference

Blessed are you, Lord, our God, Ruler of the universe, who sanctifies us through imperative, and commands us to immerse ourselves in words of wisdom. Please make sweet, Lord our God, the words of our learning here together in our mouths and the mouths of all your people, so that we and our children and all children will immerse ourselves in this learning and come to internalize our responsibilities. Let us study with the intention that our learning bring about change, as it is written; “Study is great because it leads to action.” Help us to choose our actions wisely, so that they may bring empowerment and honor, blessing and prosperity, comfort and healing to all your children who live with HIV AIDS. Blessed are you Lord, who teaches wisdom to your people.
