Over Bread:
ברוכה את יה אלוהינו רוח העולם, המוציאה לחם מן הארץ.
Beruchah At Yah Eloheynu Ruach Ha’olam, hamotziyah lechem min ha’aretz.
You are blessed, O God, Spirit of the World, who brings forth bread from the earth.
ברוך אתה יי אלוהינו מלך העולם, המוציא לחם מן הארץ.
Baruch Atah Adonai Eloheynu Melech Ha’olam, hamotzi lechem min ha’aretz.You are blessed, O God, King of the Universe, who brings forth bread from the earth.
Over food (other than bread) prepared from wheat, barley, rye, oats, or spelt:
ברוכה את יה אלוהינו רוח העולם, בוראת מיני מזונות.
Beruchah At Yah Eloheynu Ruach Ha’olam, boret minei mizonot.
You are blessed, O God, Spirit of the World, who creates various manners of food.
ברוך אתה יי אלוהינו מלך העולם, בורא מיני מזונות.
Baruch Atah Adonai Eloheynu Melech Ha’olam, boreh minei mizonot.
You are blessed, O God, King of the Universe, who creates various manners of food.
Over wine or grape juice:
ברוכה את יה אלוהינו רוח העולם, בוראת פרי הגפן.

Baruch Atah Adonai Eloheynu Melech Ha’olam, she-he-cheyanu, vi-kimanu, vi-higiyanu laz'man ha-zeh.You are blessed, O God, King of the Universe, who keeps us in life, who has kept us in life and sustained us, enabling us to reach this season.
Over food which grows on the ground:
