Driver's License

Although Bar or Bat Mitzvah is usually regarded within Judaism as the consummate rite of passage, for most American teenagers the real moment of truth is the acquisition of a driver’s license. Teenagers long for this moment; parents dread it. On Ritualwell we offer some meaningful ways to mark this rite of passage as a family and to give voice to both the child’s accomplishment and the parents’ need for safety.
