Welcome to Ritualwell. Like you, we are great admirers of Craig Taubman and his vision of a vibrant, inspired and beautiful Jewish community.
Jewish Ritual and Ritualwell
We are a unique website where users find and share a diverse collection of traditional and innovative Jewish rituals. We offer resources for holidays, life cycle events, social justice work, everyday holiness and more. Read more about us here.
Our blog explores the role of ritual, the dilemma of tradition and the aspiration to do good in the world. Last year Craig introduced our community to the “Jewels of Elul” with a candid post on the art of aging.
An Introduction to Our Content
We hope that you’ll get to know us by browsing our site. Here are links to some of our favorite content:
Ten rituals for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur We have lots of resources for the High Holidays so we created this ‘top ten’ list as an introduction to these sections of our site.
What if the Shema were written by Doctor Seuss? Our friend Leiah Moser was inspired by her students to create a translation of the Shema in the voice of Dr. Seuss. (This is a great resource for kids!)
The Shema in American Sign Language (ASL) In this video our friend Rabbi Darby Leigh explains how he translates and understands the Shema in ASL.

We encourage you to stay connected to us through social media. We are regularly posting new content on our site and we highlight these submissions on Facebook and Twitter.
